Couples Therapy
"The purpose of therapy is to explore, clarify and work towards living in a more personally satisfying and resourceful way"
Your Therapy, Your Therapist
We all, at some points in our lives, face challenges and obstacles. These difficulties often arise during times of change, uncertainty, isolation or stress.
They can be related to specific events or situations both from the past and in the present.
Support from others is vital to our emotional well-being. However, sometimes we may find ourselves stuck or struggling with sensitive issues. Discussing these with an unbiased, non-judgmental professional can provide significant benefits.

Lee Ellaway Therapy offers you a safe and confidential space to express and explore your feelings, and to support any changes that you might desire.
Reaching out for help can be difficult. It takes bravery and emotional resources to make that first step. Finding the right therapist for you is important.
When you make a new enquiry, I will respond within 24 hours. The next step is a free, no obligation 20-minute Zoom call to see if we are a good fit to work together.
Lee Ellaway
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, an Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and an Associate Member of the International Society of Psychotherapy and Counselling.
I have experience working with individuals who are living with mental health issues such as stress, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, loneliness and overwhelm and with people who are having relationship difficulties or have experienced trauma and abuse.
I am committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My empathic and non-judgmental approach ensures clients feel safe to discuss their thoughts and feelings.
Working on Zoom means that my clients have access to their therapist wherever they are.
With over 30 years experience working in theatre and entertainment, I specialise in supporting performers and creatives in the arts.
In addition to my Private Practice, I currently volunteer as a counsellor for a charity that supports Trans and Gender Questioning people.
Fees are £65 per session (50 minutes).

My Team of Associates
I am pleased and proud to be supported by a small team of excellent counsellors and psychotherapists.
I have trained and/or worked with each of them. They are all excellent professionals and wonderful humans. Each Associate is a qualified and experienced therapist. They are all insured and are members of the NCPS or the BACP. My Associates all operate online via video call so therapy is available wherever you are. A limited amount of sessions are available in person at Church Street Wellness, in Crewkerne.
They each have special areas of interest while also working with more general client presentations.
During your free, initial consultation with me on Zoom, I might suggest one of my colleagues if I think they might be a better fit for you.
